Belthangady deanery organised human chain silent protest from Ujire bus stand to Moorje circle against anti-conversion bill on Wednesday 2nd March 2022 from 6pm to 7pm. It covered 20km distance. People carried candles, placards and papal flags. Varado Catholic Sabha, deanery priests and varado associations took the leadership.
