Holy Redeemer School students excel in Taluk level Athletic Meet for Primary and High School boys and girls, held on Oct 28th in Bajire.
Athletic meet was jointly organised by School Education and Literacy Department, Block Education Office of Belthangady and Venoor Grama Panchayath in Government Primary School, Bajire.
Alston DSilva of class 8 secured first place in 600m and 400m running and second place in 200m running. He was also awarded Individual championship.
Velona Rego of class 10 secured first place in Walk race.
Shreyas of class 7 secured first place in 400m running.
Manvith of class 7 secured third place in Dics throw.
Alston DSilva, Vivan Pinto, Rehanth and Prajwal all of class 8 secured third place in Relay.
Headmaster Rev Fr Clifford Pinto congratulated the participants and winners. Physical Education Teacher Mr Sharath Pinto trained and guided the students.
