Holy Redeemer English Medium School had Christmas celebration on December 23rd in the school auditorium. Correspondent Very Rev Fr Walter D’Mello and Headmaster Rev Fr Clifford Pinto were present.
Celebration began by singing the Carol ‘Gloria’ to invoke God’s blessings. Significance of various symbols of Christmas were symbolically narrated. A skit was played that told the story, and the real meaning and way of celebrating Chirtmas. Dances to the Christmas songs entertained the gathering. Carols sung by the school choir elated the Christmas vibes. The joy of Christmas was increased by cutting the cake and distributing it to all students. In his mesage, Correspondent gave insights to students to be good and do good and enjoy sharing among friends. Headmaster presented Christmas cake to all staff.
Students, Nushaifa welcomed the gathering, Zaifa proposed the vote of thanks and Arvin Bennis and Jason Correa compered the program.
Students of class 7 conducted the celebration under the guidance of teachers Renita Lasrado and Lorna Lobo.
